Ashwagandha extract KSM-66 (milk, lactose), valerian root extract, HPMC (thickening agent/capsule shell), Griffonia seed extract, L-theanine (green tea extract 98%), GABA, chamomile extract, Passiflora extract, hops extract, magnesium stearate (E572, vegetable – anti-caking agent), microcrystalline cellulose (E460i, bulking agent), silicon dioxide (E551, anti-caking agent).

Food supplement with plant extracts and amino acids:

• Ashwagandha [Extract (KSM-66)] 250 mg,
• Valerian root [Extract 4:1] 200 mg,
• L-theanine [Green tea extract 98%] 25 mg,
• Chamomile 25 mg,
• Passionflower [Extract 3.5%] 25 mg,
• Hops [Extract 0.4%] 10 mg, 5-HTP [Griffonia seed extract] 50 mg,
• GABA 25 mg

Take 1 capsule with water, half an hour before going to sleep.

Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15-25°C). Keep out of reach of children.
