Cancel an Order

Would you like to cancel your order? No problem.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it free of charge. Simply complete the form below and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Return a Product

Have you already received your order? Then you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the VITBLISS card must be unused and all daily cups must remain unopened and sealed. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened or unsealed daily cups cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

Personalized VITBLISS Cards

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized VITBLISS cards that have been specially prepared for you. These cards are tailored to your individual needs and therefore cannot generally be returned, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.

Return Address

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions. Returned products must be sent to the pharmacy that prepared and packaged your order.
